Since you don’t have what I want in stock, when I place an order through your store, how long will it take to receive?

At Retail Furniture Online one of the ways we keep our prices low is by not keeping a large inventory of products that might sit and collect dust.

Most vendors will send us a display of the set they want us to clear out for them and as we sell them, they will ship them to us.

Delivery of all products purchased from one of our discount furniture showrooms, or online from our website will normally happen between 2 to 4 weeks after the purchase date.
However we typically receive a truck load of furniture every other week from every vendor, so some products can be delivered within a week.

In order to make sure we have the time necessary to fill every ticket, we like customers to expect delivery in 2 to 4 weeks from date of purchase. In some situations we can arrange for quicker delivery. Upon your purchase please ask any questions to your sales associate.

Your invoice says 2 to 4 weeks but it is going on 5 weeks. Some of our furniture is in and they said they will contact us to deliver it, but no one has I think they told us that because they knew we were upset that we didn't have our furniture. I think they are waiting for everything to come in. They did not want to deliver twice Poor customer service. I would not buy from this company again. I will tell everyone I know not to also.

This was the single worst furniture buying experience I have ever had. The salesman and the website will tell you that your order will be shipped in 4-6 weeks. That is an out and out lie. I ordered my furniture on July 3rd and still do not have it yet (Oct 1st) Their customer service is non-existent as they blamed everything on their distributor saying that my items were backordered, but when I purchased them with the salesman he told me they were in stock and that he'd try to get them to me in 3-4 weeks. What a joke.

Now as I am looking at the website it says in huge letters -- "100% satsfaction guarantee" first off it's spelled wrong but more importantly it doesn't mean anything. I have been completely unsatisfied with this whole process but could not cancel my order to get my money back after having to wait double the time I was originally quoted. Some satisfaction guarantee.

This company will never, ever, see another dime of my money and everyone I know will hear how horrible my experience has been and I'll do everything I can to steer them away. I'm going to post this testimonial on my own website in case they don't see fit to keep mine on there own site.

I see 2-4 weeks delivery time frame and sometimes even a week! I am going on 10 weeks and still you can't tell me when my product will be in. You tell me you can't tell me a date until next week?? 11 weeks after I placed my order? This is the first and last time I will give NCC furniture my service. I will recommend anyone interested in placing an order to strongly reconsider giving NCC furniture your business unless you don't mind waiting 3 months to even find out when your order is going to be delivered. I will be sure to spread the word about NCC furniture and the terrible service and delivery time frame.
